✅ **A regular driver's license (automatic transmission only is acceptable) is required.**
🚫 Those without a driver's license or only holding a scooter license cannot participate.2. For tourists from overseas
✅ One of the following is required：International driving permit (issued by a country that is a member of the Geneva Convention)
Driver’s licenses from France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Monaco, or Taiwan (with an official translation)
🚫 If you do not hold a Japanese driver's license, you cannot participate without an international permit or a license with an official translation.
